The price you see is the price you pay (minus postage), we are not VAT registered.

International buyers please note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

It is down to the customer to correctly measure the core plugs they require with a micrometre before purchasing.

All core plugs are slightly over size to the stated measurements, this is the tolerance fit required. Should you require help selecting the correct core plug please view the conversion chart or contact us first for advise before purchasing.

Core plug sets are made up of core plug sizes as per the original specification from that particular vehicle manufacture for that engine, however due to different production runs and or car manufactures using up old stock your engine might be machined to accept slightly oversized plugs. Should this be the case please let us know so we can send the correct size for you.

Any returns are to be made within 14 days. Items need to be unused, in original packaging and undamaged i.e fit for resale.

Customer is responsible for the items until they are received by us. Customer is to pay any return postage costs to send back any unwanted orders, the original postage costs are non refundable.

Any refunds will be made via the same method that the order was placed, usually processed as soon as the return is received however this can take up to 3 – 4 working days depending on payment type to show up.
