The price you see is the price you pay (minus postage), we are not VAT registered. Standard invoices are emailed to the customer supplied email address within 10 minutes of being ordered (usually instantly),  please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received confirmation.

Once a order is placed, we try to processed the order asap. Once the order has been processed, labelled and bagged ready for collection it cannot be cancelled!

The checkout system automatically ports the order address over to the postage/courier ready to print a label so please double check to make sure you have supplied the correct address and contact details before paying and checking out! Any orders that have incorrectly supplied delivery address and that are returned to us due to non delivery will either: be refunded minus the original postage or resent after a second postage cost has been paid. It is the buyer’s responsibility to supply the correct details at checkout.

It is down to the customer to correctly measure the core plugs they require with a micrometer / vernier before purchasing.

Core plug sets are made up of core plug sizes as per the original specification from that particular vehicle manufacture for that engine, however due to different production runs and or car manufactures using up old stock your engine might be machined to accept slightly oversized plugs. Should this be the case please let us know with the size you require so we can send the relevant size for you.

 

Any returns are to be made within 14 days. Items need to be unused, in original packaging and undamaged i.e fit for resale – No oily finger printed, grease covered packaging or the return will be refused.

Customer is responsible for the items until they are received by us. Customer is to pay any return postage costs to send back any unwanted orders (it is advisable to use a tracked service), the original postage costs are non refundable.

Any refunds will be made via the same method that the order was paid for, usually processed as soon as the return is received however this can take up to 3 – 4 working days to show up depending on the payment processing company.
